What my family does to stay healthy?

1. To stay healthy, we eat plenty of healthy food and limit our unhealthy food and treats.

2. When playing or even eating, when we get dehydrated we drink plenty of water. The water is good for our teeth so it doesn't rot away. Did you know your body is made up of 60 - 80 percent of water?

Image result for healthy things to do3. When we touch something dirty or something that has a lot of bacteria on it we always wash our hands so that we don't get sick.

4. We sleep at exactly 8:00 so when we get up in the morning we do not get tired at work, school, and special occasions. Did you know that the average sleep for children is 11 hours while the adults average sleep is 7 - 9? No wonder why my parents stay up late.

5. The last thing we do to stay healthy is to exercise. We exercise so we do not get too fat but also to not get too skinny. We also exercise so we have strong bones and 
muscles when we grow up we can lift huge boxes and probably even a car.

Secondly, you made the text green which added to the theme of the blog post because you are talking about healthy things. I usually go outside for a little run. Maybe next time you could add a bit more information about the base of the activity. Overall, this is a phenomenal blog post! Keep up the astonishing work!

    This is a great post with lots of awesome advise to stay healthy. Sleep and hydration and two very important points that lots of people forget to mention when talking about health.

    Did you know that eating right, sleeping enough and especially getting exercise are also really important to your mental and emotional health and your ability to learn?

    I'm gonna have to take some of your advise on board, I think you've challenged me a bit to live healthier. Great stuff Zayden
