I like what you've done with this whakataukī. The image is a great choice. When I think of this whakataukī, I think about how if the tree is us the fruits are the results of what we do and over our lifetime. We might bear good fruit that's good to eat and gives people life, making them better. Or we can sometimes bear bad fruits which destroy people and tear them down.
