Twenty Seven Names.

Image result for twenty seven namesRachel Easting and Anjali Burnett met at primary school. Since then Rachel taught Anjali an appreciation for Michelangelo, Morisot, and Kruger, while in turn Anjali taught Rachel an appreciation for Outkast, Lauryn Hill, and Mobb Deep. After studying art and fashion respectively the pair began working on small scale projects before launching their brand ‘twenty-seven names’. The label name is a homage to the list of 27 people who helped to get their label off the ground. Proudly made in New Zealand since its inception, the brand’s values lie in a commitment to sustainability, ethical production and supporting local industry.

Twenty Seven Names is a clothing brand where you can get clothes that suit you. I like their clothes because its plain and there isn't any complex patterns so your eyes struggle to see what they are wearing.

I think they're name 'Twenty Seven Names' is a very good name seeing as there is a kind of loop going around 27 people. I think it's cool where they got their brand name from.

  1. Hey Zayden,

I think it's a really clever name too and it clearly means a lot to them to show here appreciation to those original 27 supporters. The photo and extra information you used to clarify the topic was really good and interesting. Just a solid post, what more can I say.

Not too long to go now Zayden. You've got a few activities you've skipped and then the final three, with a whole week still to go, very impressive, keep up the great posts Zayden and finish strong.

    Daniel :)
